Michael Couchon
Michael has spent over 15 years developing and refining Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the manufacturing and service sectors. Having previously worked for 15 years as a mechanical engineer, he approaches operational challenges from both a technical and business management perspective. This dual expertise is backed by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Carom Consulting, he believes that long-term organizational success requires a balance between structured processes and a value-driven mindset.
